Common questions
Does Zyly take a cut of my bookings?
No. Zyly never processes client payments. Prices on your page are informational — clients settle with you directly, exactly as they do now.
What do the SMS messages actually say?
Fixed, neutral templates only. Yours reads: “You have a new booking request for 6:00 pm. View details: …” — never a service, a price, or a name.
Do clients see my phone number?
No. Requests come through your Zyly page, and all client-facing texts come from Zyly's number. You see the client's name and mobile in each request; they only ever see your booking page.
What happens after I accept?
The client is notified by SMS, then gets a reminder before the appointment asking them to confirm with a YES reply — so no-shows tell you in advance, not at the door.
What does it cost?
Nothing during launch. Later, AUD $49/month with a 14-day free trial — with plenty of notice before anything changes.
Can clients review me or message me on Zyly?
No reviews and no in-app chat. Zyly handles the booking request; everything else stays between you and your client.
